Stephanie Hadley

Stephanie’s got a soft spot for the food and beverage industry. We blame it on her time spent in-house, and with a number of clients in the industry and a fitness background, which means she appreciates her functional foods.

She’s our Christchurch-based solicitor and brand strategist specialising in food and beverage innovation. It’s no coincidence then that she also happens to be our resident health claims advisory guru, reviewing packaging, labelling and advertising for compliance.

With in-house FMCG experience, Stephanie understands how to develop and implement a brand strategy that delivers on export goals and big picture thinking by protecting, leveraging and enforcing trade mark and copyright rights.

Outside the legal realm, she’s a fitness freak. As a qualified group fitness instructor, you can catch her teaching Pilates and “Booty Barre” classes in and around Christchurch. .

But don't take our word for it

"Stirling Sports engaged JAWS to secure our trading name and trademark in the Australian Market.  Our application was initially turned down and we had to approach owners of trademarks with similar names in our category. Stephanie negotiated a great result in a very timely manner and for a very acceptable professional fee.  We are very pleased with the result and can thoroughly recommend Stephanie Melbourne and JAWS."

Mark Anderson, Managing Director

"Stephanie's practical and proactive attitude means that matters are actioned and followed up on a timely basis. She's an excellent sounding board and has provided us with appropriate advice and cost effective solutions for all our IP needs. "

Jane Mayell, Managing Director

"Stephanie’s extensive knowledge of intellectual property and friendly personality make her my number one go-to person for anything to do with IP."
