We treasure the relationships we develop with our clients.
These relationships are based on a central goal of helping our
clients to realise the true value of their business. To be
effective at achieving this goal we need to understand our clients'
business from the inside out, and identify any factors that could
affect the relevance of our advice. This is why we ask so
many questions, particularly at the start of the relationship. You

Our 'account
application form' ensures we have all your details correct and
are working with the right parties. Our 'Terms of
Engagement' governs the manner in which we will work
together. We apologise that it is so lengthy: many of the
provisions are required by the Law Society. While these formalities
are a part of establishing a business relationship, addressing them
at the start means once we have them out of the way we are free to
concentrate on our client's intellectual property needs.
