Gallagher Group has a mature IP portfolio which is continually honed and crafted by ongoing R&D. At some firms this level of constant refinement would mean huge amounts of paperwork, but we like to do things a bit differently.
We meet with Gallagher for monthly strategy meetings which gives us the chance to step back and look at the big picture. What’s new this month? What are your competitors up to? What can we put in place to make sure next month works better than last month? They’re lucky enough to have a CEO who plays a hands-on role in critical IP decisions. A smart move which has paid off. Gallagher won the NZTE award for New Zealand's top IP commercialisation in 2009.
